The shine® is an injectable dermal filler based on poly L-lactic acid (PLLA). This filler was developed to compensate for loss of facial volume by stimulating collagenesis.
The main ingredient of éclat® is PLLA. PLLA has been used worldwide for over 20 years in medical devices, for example to dissolve sutures.

What is PLLA?
Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer. PLLA particles stimulate fibroblasts, the cells responsible for collagen production, while the newly formed collagen creates volume.
It includes microparticles with a size between 40 and 63 microns, ideal for dermal absorption and intradermal injection.
PLLA is the most durable dermal filler of all biodegradable products currently approved by the FDA and CE medical.
