Product Description

This is a long-lasting and safe collagen stimulator.

The shine® is an injectable dermal filler based on poly L-lactic acid (PLLA). This filler was developed to compensate for loss of facial volume by stimulating collagenesis.

The main ingredient of éclat® is PLLA. PLLA has been used worldwide for over 20 years in medical devices, for example to dissolve sutures.

The shine® Being made of synthetic materials, there is no need for allergy testing before the procedure.

What is PLLA?

Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer. PLLA particles stimulate fibroblasts, the cells responsible for collagen production, while the newly formed collagen creates volume.

It includes microparticles with a size between 40 and 63 microns, ideal for dermal absorption and intradermal injection.

PLLA is the most durable dermal filler of all biodegradable products currently approved by the FDA and CE medical.

For 80% of those questioned, it lasted approximately 24 months.

Content :

Treatment area/objective:

The shine is versatile in its application, suitable for various areas of the face, back of the hands, neck and décolleté.

It is particularly effective for:

• Improve the volume of cheekbones, cheeks and chin.
• Smooth postoperative and atrophic scars.

This is an ideal choice for men and women looking for facial rejuvenation or feature enhancement, although it is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18.

After treatment, the radiance effects are immediately noticeable, with final results visible after 4-8 weeks.

Patients may experience swelling, bruising, or pain, which usually resolves within 3 to 6 days.

To preserve results and prevent complications, it is advisable to avoid swimming, excessive physical activities and sunbathing for a specified period after treatment.

Preparation and reconstitution of the shine

1. Inspect the packaging: Start by checking that the Olidia bottle is not damaged or broken.
2. Disinfection: Wipe the rubber stopper of the bottle with an antiseptic. If the aluminum cap or rubber cap is damaged, do not use the product.
3. Preparing the syringe: Attach a sterile 18G needle to a sterile 10 ml single-use syringe (a 5 ml syringe is also acceptable).
4. Reconstruction: Fill the syringe with 5-7 ml of saline water. Slowly add this sterile water into the bottle, piercing the rubber stopper with the needle. Leave the reconstituted solution in the bottle for up to 2 hours to dilute, avoiding shaking. Use the solution immediately after reconstitution; discard any unused part. Optionally, add 1 ml to 2 ml of lidocaine for patient comfort.

Injection process of L'éclat

1. Skin preparation: Clean the skin area to be treated by removing cosmetic products, dirt and sebum. Thoroughly disinfect the skin surface.
2. Application of anesthesia: To reduce discomfort, apply local anesthesia to the area to be treated.
3. Injection technique: Using a 26G needle or a 25G cannula, inject the gel into the middle and deep levels of the dermis and above the periosteum. For injection, use techniques such as linear retrograde, bolus, microbolus, fan and vector lift.
4. Post-injection protocol: After the injections, perform a light facial massage for 2 to 3 minutes to ensure even distribution of the filler.

For optimal results, a series of three treatments one month apart is recommended.

Contraindications

However, the glow is not suitable for everyone. It is contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain medical conditions and skin inflammations. It is also not recommended for injections into the lips or areas where facial expressions are active.
